قام مجموع من الشباب صباح اليوم بإغلاق باب فرع الحزب والتأكيد على عدم السماح للموظفين بالدخول للفرع بعد البيان الصادر عن الانتفاضة الشعبية وتناقله النشطاء وكانت أهم بنوده استمرار التظاهر بشكله السلمي الحضاري المطالب بتغيير النظام و إغلاق فرع الحزب في السويداء وكافة المقرات الحزبية في مدن وبلدات وقرى المحافظة و قطع الطريق على الموظفين و منعهم من القدوم إلى وظائفهم.
وحدد البيان موعد تنفيذ بنوده اليوم الأحد ، و بدأ تجمع المتظاهرين في ساحة السير بالسويداء من صباح اليوم وقد انضم للمتظاهرين أبناء العشائر من جنوب السويداء.
رصدت الكمرات تجمع المئات من المدنيين، يهتفون للحرية ويغنون الأهازيج الشعبية ، ومنعوا الموظفين والعاملين في دوائر الدولة من الدخول إلى الدوائر الحكومية ، باستثناء الدوائر الخدمية كما رفع أحد المحتجين راية الحدود الخمسة في أعلى مدخل فرع الحزب.
