Civilian wounded were the toll of raids and artillery shelling of Talbesah city in Homs northern countryside at the time engagements occurred between regime forces and ISIL in the suburbs of Palmyra city in the eastern countryside.
Regime warplanes carried out three raids targeting the residential neighborhoods in Talbesah city today on Tuesday where at the same time artillery bombardment of the city was launched by regime forces which led to civilian wounded including a child. Clashes occurred between ISIL and regime forces in silos district near Palmyra city where Russian military fighters launched intensive there.
