The Syrians quicksands on daily basis claim the souls of scores innocent civilians who suddenly found themselves continuously targeted by the International Coalition, and the operations of ISIS; where it is a very difficult for citizens to flee for normal life, at the time an international act about that situation takes more time.
However, ones who have escaped death, they become threatened as ISIS has issued the compulsory recruitment for young men east Syria, there is no restrictions concerning age or any exceptions for even those who have no brothers.. everyone is called without any exceptions but for men with “legality excuse”.
This law has come into effect, where the youth are before two options, fighting on ISIS side or facing arrest; the thing made the majority of them head the areas out of ISIS hold.
Thousands citizens have nothing left to keep, they will no longer know safety; they have no other option for being ruled by ISIS, where the latter informed the citizens in a statement that it would deal with new conscripts just like with the old ones. This means those young men will be on the frontlines in its battles.
Due to this situation, many of them are off ISIS-captured areas for they will be in clear losing battles before the Coalition air force. While others who do not have enough money to pay smugglers, try to flee to small and not far villages for having no other choice.
“ISIS have take all precautions forming patrols and erecting checkpoints to follow the wanted”, a source from ISIS reported.
It is a big mess hitting Deir Azzor and its villages, it is not possible to compute who have gone and who stay, amid miseries of so many poor families under airstrikes and without any breadwinner after ISIS law; some of them do not want to die or to join ISIS , but they can not escape leaving their families without supporter.
Many families tried to flee amid scattered landmines, so most of them died while attempting; at the time, others who managed to escape, have found themseleves living in hellish dire circumstances.
Mothers cry day and night for not knowing what have happened to their sons who ran away; children sit in grieve longing for their fathers..
Till war comes to an end, the eastern parts in Syria have to suffer. Few days and probably the city will turn empty but for the old, women and children who are under fire of the International Coalition who is launching a campaign against ISIS targeting those helpless civilians.
