What Aleppo is witnessing of destructive wars and woes, certainly remind the national consciousness with the immoral crimes that are without an end where obviously it will not stop soon; for the utter silence of the international community and the statements whether the local or the international ones that have not reached beyond the ears of their own, are so encouraging for more massacres. Assad’s regime is so tyrant in Aleppo with the support of immoral allies who kill the innocents with the scenario of siege and offensive on daily basis.
The worsen is that, in the same homeland “Syria”, Tourism Ministry of Assad’s regime has chosen Lattakia city in specific to celebrate “Fashion Week” in a hotel in that city held by regime forces. This celebration is at the time war woes occurrs in Aleppo; applying to the Arabic saying “If you feel no shame, then do as you wish”; with a fashion show in the city head regime Bashar Assad comes from, military fighters from Hmeimeem military airport take off to fly above opposition areas loaded with death missiles from which human, plants and stone are not safe; the rubble and piles of stone caused by these warplanes attest the power of hatred and cowardice.
The fashion show comes at the time Russian and regime military fighters escalate the bombardment of Aleppo city, Homs and Idlib in addition to other areas controlled by rebellion faction. Certainly, the young ladies are getting up on stage with clothes of bright colors where the audience clap encouraging them, as if a new life which the city citizens had lived totally different and had had nothing to do with civilians in Aleppo city and opposition areas; there are 150 civilians who passed away and others who got wounded during the days on which the fashion show has been on.
Girls in Aleppo are screaming out of great pain for losing their beloved and relatives under the rubbles, who come out in clothes drained with their own blood due to the severe injuries as targeting the residential buildings.. mothers bid farewell to their own children with bitter tears.. this is a real carnage taking place in Aleppo.
In our visit to a children specialized hospital that was destroyed with guided missiles, we talked to Om-Waseem( aged 27 years old) who was shaking while talking because of her grieve, she said:” I could not change my child’s blood because he had been suffering from thalassemia.. I stood helpless between suffocating siege and incurable disease, ah.. all what might help us got ruined by regime brutality sentencing my beloved with death.. and slow death to those who need treatment in this tightened encircle; all policies which are supposed to change reality in Aleppo city, have failed.. and we have to take many pains till relief”.
Regime authority which does not miss any facts, tries to hide these facts with its media that known for its fabrication, lying and beclouding crimes. But at the time the political failure considering opposition areas, activities in areas controlled by regime increase boasting the normal life and turning a blind eye to the wounds of the civilians in opposition areas.
