Syria Democratic Forces have reached the fences of the Old City in Raqqa after brutal clashes with ISIS where engagement lines between the two become al-Sina’ area and the Antiquarian Fence near Baghdad Door as Euphrates Anger forces are still behind the Antiquarian Fence.
