Syria Democratic Forces have announced on Saterday the launch of the third stage of the military operations against ISIS in the eastern area of Syria.
Backed by the National coalition forces, Syria Democratic Forces have announced a new stage to continue woeking on isolating Raqqa city which the main goal of this stage.
