In a new breach of the deal of de- escalation which has been announced in some of the Syrian governorates, and brokered by Russia, where the Russian military fighters targeted residential districts in al- Latamina and Kafarzaita cities in the northern countryside of Hama at dawn on Saturday.
Civilians’ houses in the cities of al-Latamina and Kafarzaita in Hama northern rural, have been raided with GBU bombs by the Russian air force which led to massive destruction to properties and panic among citizens after regime forces’ failure to advance to Dahret Zileen, Fida’ news reported said.
