Certainly, this does not please the Syrian regime and upsets it a lot because of Lavrov’s talk about what Moscow had done for Assad regime and that without its military interference and its powerful military fighters which change the scale for the sake of Assad regime, so that the regime would fall in two or three weeks without Russia; in addition to that Russia which move out opposition from Aleppo.
This is considered to be a harsh reminding including symbolic burdens; for the Russian minister was presenting a vision in details where in it generosity toward opposition seemed extremely clear.
These messages have an important role in emphasizing the Russian part in aiding Assad regime to regain control over Aleppo and keeping a varied unity of different religions.
So that the question arises apparent to everybody, does Assad regime accept the Russian vision completely? With the growing effect of the Turkish- Russian coalition, many considerations are proved specially that Turkey is the most important member in the Atlantic Coalition and Turkey’s big trading relations with Moscow. It appears clear that Assad and Iran are unwilling to have negotiations with who they called “terrorists”, or to take another option but for the military settlement.
As opposition chooses its representative in the talks which makes problem to some international powers and “terrorism” to regime, the opposition is having the minimum form of unity. It is the right of the armed factions to participate not only in fixing the deal of cease fire but also in formulating the new constitution of the country.
