Regime forces waged a new attack on Howeases area near 0almyea city in Homs countryside followed by violent clashes with ISIL without advancement by any of the two.
Activists said that regime forces again had attacked Howeases area near Shaer oil field in an attempt by them to control the field so that fierce battles occurred with ISIL in the outskirt of the field where the latter coukd fight off the attack destroying vehicles of the former.
