Opposition fighters destroyed on Sunday an Assad tank near Ma’aroof Palace on the outskirts of Mehardah in Hama northern countryside, Syria Live Network (SLN) reported.
Hama northern countryside witnessed heavy aerial bombardment on Saturday evening. Russian warplanes attacked Ekerbat and Ma’arkaba with cluster bombs and barrel bombs causing heavy damage in the locals’ houses, Orient News correspondent said.
Anti-armor missiles of type TOW have proved their effectiveness in destroying Assad military vehicles. Opposition fighters’ social media pages are full of videos showing the operations.
