Four civilian martyrs and up to 15 wounded are the initial toll of shelling of Talbesa city and Alwaer neighborhood by regime forces.
Regime warplanes waged raids in Talbesa city in Homs northern countryside today on Wednesday resulting in two civilian martyrs and 7 wounded. Regime forces targeted areas in Alwaer neighborhood in Homs city with heavy artillery which led to two martyrs and wounded.
