Regime air force has committed a new massacre against civilians in the city of Deir Ezzor, through targeting ISIS-held neighborhoods in the city last night.
A new massacre occurred in al-Hamedia neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor in the last few hours as regime warplanes targeted a residential building in the neighborhood leaving 7 civilian martyrs including 2 children, and other wounded, Deir Ezzor 24 page reported.
