Fierce clashes occurred between regime forces backed by militias and ISIL on Monday evening after regime forces carried out an attack on ISIL locations in the outskirts of Howeases area and Alsawana hill east Homs in which ISIL managed to kill 13 soldiers and 30 wounded of regime forces and militias besides destroying a tank.
The clashes were accompanied by raids by Russian warplanes, Launchers and artillery by regime forces resulted in killing many of ISIL fighters.
