ISIS Amaq News Agency announced Friday evening the downing of a Russian helicopter in the surrounding of Tadmur city (Palmyra) in Homs eastern countryside.
Amaq reported that ISIS controlled 3 Assad regime’s checkpoints in the east of the city while Russian helicopters interfered to support the Shabiha militias and said that the Russian helicopter was then downed without giving any further details.
