ISIS fighters managed to regain control over some locations inside the nighborhoods of Raqqa city.
ISIS fighters have managed to seize again al-Rasheed school and the building of Blood Bank, in addition to several points in the surroundings of the National Hospital in the city of Raqqa , Raqqa Silently Slaughtered Campaign reporter said.
