The chemical weapons were used during First World War leaving thousands casualties among civilians, beside they were used by Italy last century in Libya and later in Ethiopia. Japan also used against china; USA used in Vietnam War.
Regarding the last usage of chemical weapons, it occurred in Khan Sheikhoun in Syria as Assad regime used sarin gas against civilians claiming scores souls. Regime used the same gas in eastern Ghotah in 2013 with a death toll of 1500 civilian martyrs besides 500 thousands wounded most of them women and children. Statements emphasized that regime had used chemical materials harming nerves at least four times, where they were authenticated in the last six months according to the last report of Human Rights Watch.
It is unreasonable to believe that in those four cases which have occurred since last December, the Syrian traditional bombs somehow hit storehouses for manufacturing nerve agents; instead, this reveals the type of attacks launched by the Syrian government which kept sarin and similar nerve agents after the attack on eastern Ghotah in August, 2013.
The new report provided new proofs emphasizing many incidents with international forbidden gases, have happened, declaring that the attack on Khan Sheikhoun in Idlib countryside in which 92 persons passed away, is not the only one this year.
Since world did act about the earlier attacks, regime massacres continue to occur using missiles loaded with chlorine gas and sarin; the thing which Human Rights Watch declared refuting the statements of officials of regime and Russia that the attack on Khan Sheikhoun was with traditional bombs targeting chemical materials in stores; then how can it be possible that traditional bombs targeted warehouses of chemical material several times all around Syria?
This is a clear proof, on which Human Rights Watch depended calling United Nation Security Council to act and punish perpetrators of this attack and the precedent ones in Syria.
With continual barbarity by regime and its allies against armless civilians whose only fault is being citizens in this homeland, there must be a wake for the silent conscience of the world.
