It is noteworthy that the absence of the Syrian armed opposition factions for Astana negotiations, which started on Tuesday, in the presence of the three sponsoring countries “Russia, Turkey and Iran,” led to the embarrassment of the Russian side, who described himself as proposer peace in the Syrian war.
