Clashes Between Regime and Syrian Democratic Forces East of Deir Ezzor

Confrontations broke out on Wednesday between regime forces on one hand and Syrian Democratic Forces on the other hand in al-Mayaden city in the rural eastern Deir Ezzor.

Euphrates Post reported on Wednesday that clashes with light-weapons and anti-aircraft machine guns erupted between regime forces on Euphrates bank in al-Mayaden city east of Deir Ezzor and Syrian Democratic Forces on the river bank in Zeban town east of Deir Ezzor.

Meanwhile, regime forces raided the towns of Boqrus, Sa’alo, al-Tayba and al-Toub east of Deir Ezzor and conducted a wave of arrests against civilians.
