Clashes between ISIS and the Syrian Democratic Forces north of Deir al-Zour

Violent clashes erupted Wednesday between members of ISIS and the Syrian Democratic Forces on several axes in the northern suburb of Deir al-Zour, amid heavy losses.

According to Furat Post, ISIS targeted two vehicles belonging to the Syrian Democratic Forces 10 km north of Deir Ghazur, killing and wounding a number of members of the Kurdish forces.

The fighter of ISIS executed a number of captured members of the Syrian Democratic Forces after their capture in the northern suburb of Deir Az-Zour, and the suspension of their bodies at the entrance to the city.

It is worth noting that the villages and towns of the northern countryside of Deir al-Zour witnessed a large displacement of the people, towards safer areas, to escape the fighting in the region between ISIS and the Syrian democratic forces.
