Clashes Between IS, Syrian Democratic Forces East of Deir Ezzor
Fierce confrontations broke out between IS and Syrian Democratic Forces in the rural Eastern Deir Ezzor governorate, amid mutual bombardment between the two parties despite tens thousands civilians are still in the area.
Deir Ezzor -24 , an activists collective, mentioned on Wednesday that clashes erupted between IS and Syrian Democratic Forces East in Tal al-Ja’abi district near Hajin city and areas near al-Baghooz town in Deir Ezzor amid mutual artillery shelling.
Syrian Democratic Forces conducted a wave of arrests in Ghraneig town eastern Deir Ezzor against several internal refugees from Hajin city.
