Some pressmen, activists and civilian facilities in Raqqa province have launched an open statement to sign on it, addressing National Coalition, rights facilities and media in order to pay attention to the masacres committed by National Coalition warplanes agsinst civilians in Raqqa and Deir Azzor provinces.
This step reflects the dire reality which the civilians are living in ISIS held areas as continual assault hit them by National Coalition jets.
