Cease Fire Comes Into Effect In Qalamon

⁠⁠⁠The cease fire between regime forces, Hezbollah and the Lebanese Army on one hand and ISIS fighters on the other hand, has come into effect on Sunday morning at 7 o’clock.

This comes to allow negotiations regarding kiddnapped militants by ISIS, to begin.
