Currency Exchange Offices on Strike over Increasing Robberies
Owners of money-changing offices held a strike in areas held by Syrian Democratic Forces in the rural of Deir Ezzor on Tuesday.
Deir Ezzor 24, an activists collective, reported on Tuesday that all offices of money exchanging were on strike in Khat al-Jazeera located in the rural seized by Syrian Democratic Forces west of Deir Ezzor.
The strike comes in the wake of robberies that repeatedly took place in the area, the last one occurred last Sunday in Jazra town.
