2 Children Die Over Expired Medication East of Deir Ezzor

2 Children died on Wednesday after having expired medicine in Swedan Jazeera town, seized by Syrian Democratic Forcrs, in the countryside eastern Deir Ezzor governorate.

Deir Ezzor 24, an activists collective, mentioned on Wednesday the deaths of children who died for taking expired medication in Swedan Jazeera town eastern Deir Ezzor province. The children are internal refugees from al-Mayaden city.

Medicine is available in territories controlled by Syrian Democratic Forces, but the area suffer from shortage of qualified medical cadr.
