International Coalition Commits Massacre Against Gathered Civilians To Get Drink Water North Raqqa City

Military fighters of International Coalition committed on Tuesday afternoon a new massacre against civilians in Raqqa city, while civilians gathered to get water for drinking in the surrounding of a well.

Over 21 civilians passed away while 15 others have been wounded in the wake of raids by International Coalition on a gathering of citizens near a well to get some water to drink, as water is cut off in the city of Raqqa for more than 60 days, Raqqa Silently Slaughtered activists reported.
