Clashes have erupted on Sunday between regime forces and rebels in the outskirts of the capital particularly in Qabon neighborhood.

Regime forces started on Qabon neighborhood covered with artillery shelling in a new breach of de-escalation areas deal during which rebels destroyed a bulldozer of regime where clashes are ongoing.
