Massacre By International Coalition Warplanes Claiming 40 Civilian Souls On Euphrates River

International coalition warplanes continue to target the small boats on the riversides of Euphrates leaving martyrs and wounded of civilians.

Villagers in Tabqa western countryside found i tbe last hours bodies of people who were killed in shelling of a boat with 40 persons aboard including women and children by warplanes near Dibsy Afnan village west Tabqa while trying to cross ISIS-held areas to Syria Democratic Forces areas so that tge boat sanked in the river.
