Regime proceeds the strategy of displacement in the cities and towns held by rebels in the outskirts of the capital Damascus; where the Syrian regime gave the citizens of Serghaya and Hure north the capital an appointed time to accept rebels’ departure and handling their weapons.

In return, regime forces will lift the siege partly throuh allowing foodstuff entry and services return to Serghaya.
