Warplanes carried out an air raids targeting civilians` houses in Tuaum

in northern Idleb countryside which led to one martyred child and many wounded.
At the same time ,Russian warplanes targeted this morning on Monday Alshamaliya neighborhood in Idleb city with air raids which led to 8 martyred civilians as initial toll and wounding 17 other most of them are in serious situation.
