Regime forces continue their escalation against Al-Waer besieged Neighborhood innHoms city through targeting it with varied heavy and middle weapons in a campaign in its second week.
Homs Informative Center reported that regime forces again this morning on Tuesday shelled Al-Waer neighborhood with mortar missiles and Napalm leaving civilian wounded. Besides helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the neighborhood caus8ng massive destruction.
