100 people Killed in Tartus and Jabla; ISIL Declared Responsibility

ISIL declared respossibility of Tartus and Jabla explosions where the toll increased to 100 killed and hundred wounded.

A3maqq Agency linked to ISIL announced that fighters of ISIL carried out attacks on Tartus and Jabla with car bombs and belt-bombs because of which 100 persons were killed and hundreds injured.
