International Coalition military fighters committed a new massacre aganist civilians at dawn on Wesnesday, through targeting a residential district near al-Kahraba neighborhood in Raqqa city.

15 civilians including women and children passed away while others have been wounded at dawn on Wednesday, in the wake of an airstrike waged by International Coalition fighting jets on a residential building near al-Kahraba neighborhood in the city of Raqqa, according to activists.
