Regime has not succeeded when it believed that displacing Ghotah citizens and violating human rights, that it can suppress the will of the people who refuses humiliation and oppression, and devoted their lives to gain freedom which they have always dreamed about.
A regime who is known with cowardice and treachery, seeks with all its plans forced on the citizens aiming to displace the noble ones away from their lands and their grandfathers’ after forcible siege carried out by its forces in order to tighten their miseries with the policy of cowardice and perfidy. Despite the criticism and denouncement by UN and international Humanitarian organizations of forced displacement operations that regime is pursuing in besieged areas.
Assad’s regime do not care about the people; it pursues a plan that guarantees through which citizens of Ghotah who were classified unarmed to leave to Kouswa and Sahnaya areas in Damascus, besides another one for people classified opposition fighters to move from the city to the northern area “Idlib countryside”.
Bitter years of siege and hunger in addition to the daily bombardment have been more than enough to show Ghotah citizens the extent of guided escalation may face them so that they had not left any option –after war tired them up- but to displacement abandoning their homes and land. For sure displacement does not mean changing their opinions and opposition about moving on in revolution against a regime which fought them in a barbaric and brutal way. That option was not theirs; it was a forced one on them through their responsibility before their consciousness and humanitarian positions; and due to their keenness on the safety of civilians particularly women and children.. abandoning was the option.
The armed left their besieged areas with their small arms risking their souls since there is no guarantees to that deal issued with regime directly but the big number of fighters with their small weapons getting out aroused a sense of relief which was the biggest warrant to them.. They headed the Syrian northern, Idlib city in specific to settle in refuging centers.
But what is next?
Revolution has not faded away in refuging centers, but glows; who was fighting regime in south will fight in the north cause the enemy is one and the goal is only one where nothing has changed but for the geographical territory. The first martyr while defending Aleppo and its poor children, is “Abo Ali Daraya” from the citizens of Ghotah who went out with other fighters to the northern. He could not bear the six days he had spent in refuging center so he went to the battle with other fighters of Ghotah to prove they are on one side with the fighters in northern ressedin defending Aleppo and its oppressed civilians.
Abo-Ali and the one before him “Hamed Khashfeh” who was martyred in Salah-aldain fighting beside a faction in Daret-eza in addition to many of displaced of Ghotah have become one heart and one hand with the brothers in the northern to fight oppression in Aleppo.
