Clashes erupted on Wednesday between rebels operating in Hama countryside and regime forces backed by pro militias. During those clashes, rebels have managed to regain control over Alshiha hill after regime forces controlled it hours earlier.
Similar clashes erupted between the two as regime forces tried to advance to Almjadal village in which rebels killed and wounded a number of regime forces.
