Civilian deaths by shelling of ISIS on a neighborhood in Deir al-Zour

On Monday evening, civilians from al-Jura neighborhood in Deir al-Zour were killed by an attack with mortar shells on the neighborhood controlled by the regime.
Activists said that ISIS fighters targeted with six mortar shells different areas of Al-Wadi Street in Al-Joura district, killing 14 civilians, including three children, and wounding about 40 others, some of them seriously.
