A car bomb exploded today morning in a military location of the People’s Protection Units (YPG) in al-Hilaliyya area west of Qamishli city in Hasakah governorate.
Field sources told Orient Net that the car bomb targeted the conscription directorate and the Kurdish security forces center near Qasmo mosque in Qamishli killing 9 people and wounding many others including members of the Kurdish security forces.
State-run news agency, SANA, reported the death of 50 people as a result of a terrorist explosion with a car bomb on the road that links al-Hilaliyya roundabout and al-Shabab roundabout in the west of Qamishli.
Qamishli, which is under the control of both YPG and Assad terrorists, witnessed many bloody explosions mostly claimed by ISIS. The last one was a suicidal explosion two months ago in al-Quatli Street before al-Kindi Park in which many people were killed and others were wounded.
