The children of Aleppo have proved their strength through standing strong before the power of iron and fire including the varied kinds of weapons including the chemical, the poisonous gases and missiles; these are considered to be challenges testify their strong will and the love they have for their own land refusing to handle it to invaders or to abandon it on the green buses which have been earlier prepared for their departure after the policy of pressure using air force to tighten the noose of suffocating siege by a regime that sacrifices the last civilian in Aleppo to take the land against his/her will to control a city whose ground is mixed with the blood of its innocent citizens.
Up to three hundreds martyrs and thousand wounded in six days of regime bombardment of Aleppo city including 6 children of one family who passed away out of suffocation with chlorine poisonous gas due to shelling the residential neighborhoods, where children become witnesses of the brutality of the offensive; and with regime refusal of a proposal of eastern Aleppo’s self administration days ago, pains increase.
The special envoy of the UN Secretary- General, De Mistura proposed forming a self-administration in the eastern areas of the country’s northern city of Aleppo that is controlled by opposition factions pointing to the fact that time is running out concerning the conditions in Aleppo. Certainly the Syrian regime rejects the proposal, where The Syrian foreign minister, Walid Muallem described it as being undermining Syria’s national (sovereignty).. the national sovereignty is put between parenthesis because the term is no longer related to the Syrian regime except for the label!
The question arising for a while concerning the controversial issue of UN being rewarding opposition promoting a self-administration in the eastern areas of the city of Aleppo on one hand, and the controversial issue related to UN rewarding regime with offering more batches of opposition departure from the areas that regime forces are located, is still without an answer.
What is the fault for which we are being killed?! This is the most difficult question for which the children of Idlib, Homs and Aleppo have never found a satisfying answer.. what kind of terrorism that is resident in these skinny bodies which suffer from a fear of warplanes once hearing them in the sky even before launching the fatal missiles to claim more innocent souls of theirs?! However, with all these escalations, children are standing strong scarifying their fragile bodies before the tyranny of Russia which offer the latest kinds of internationally forbidden weapons carrying out experiences on these bodies to make Syria, Aleppo in specific sank in blood before local and international silence.
Due to refusing to leave the city, the legend of withstand becomes greater, which Aleppo citizens will never give up on; as Abo-Feisal (aged 55 years) talked about with a loud voice in a street of his ruined neighborhood, where he said:” We will not leave Aleppo even if we will be buried under the rubble of our houses.. we will not get on the green buses.. we will not let the invaders take it against our will”.. he cried in grieve and prayed for soon relief.
