International coalition aircrafts committed a new massacre of civilians in Tabqa city, which led to 16 civilian martyrs at the time with violent battles between Syrian Democratic forces on one hand and ISIS fighters on the other hand, during the past few days.
Syrian Democratic forces managed to control most of the city’s neighborhoods in the past few hours, except for three neighborhoods north of the city. ISIS soldiers retreated amid information about negotiations between the two sides to give ISIS fighters a way of withdrawing from the city of Tabqa towards its control areas in Aleppo countryside.
