Documentation Office in Syrian Press Center has documented in the last 48 hours 96 martyrs authenticated with names including fighters and civilians in the areas held by opposition factions, which are included withing the agreement of de-escalation where they were classified into the following:
*- The martyrs “civilians” who passed away in the last 48 hours, have reached 85 persons classified into the following:
– 29 martyrs.
– 19 women.
– 37 ordinary civilians.
*- The martyrs “civilians” are distributed according to perpetrators like the following:
– 32 martyrs by international coalition military fighters.
– 21 martyrs by Russian air force.
– 19 martyrs by regime forces.
– 10 martyrs by ISIS
– 3 martyrs in shoots by Kurdish units.
*- The martyrs “Civilians” according to provinces are distributed lime the following:
– 38 martyrs in Deir Azzor.
– 29 martyrs in Aleppo.
– 12 martyrs in Raqqa.
– 6 martyrs in Idlib.
– 3 martyrs in Dara’.
– 3 martyrs in Hasakah.
– 3 martyrs in Damascus countryside.
– 1 martyr in Hama.
– 1 martyr in Homs.
*- Regarding fighters, they have reached 11 persons:
– 10 of them passed away in battles with regime forced while fighting off an attack on the areas included in de-escalation areas agreement.
– 1of them passed away as unknown blast exploded.
*- Besides, Documentation Office has documented in the last 48 hours 8 massacres committed by regime forcez and its allies with a death toll of 75 martyrs
*- The martyrs in accordance to perpetrators are like the following:
– 4 massacres by Russian warplanes.
– 3 massacres by international coalition.
– 1 massacre by regime forces.
*- The madsacres according to provinces are distributed in the following order:
– 4 massacres in Deir Azzor.
– 2 massacrez in Raqqa.
-1 masscre in Homs.
-1 massacre in Aleppo.
*- It is worthy to mention that the number of masacres in last April reached 60 in the areas held by oppositiin factions with a death toll of 556 martyts.
Despite there are two texts of the law of the International Criminal Court of Article 6 and Article 7 which define massacres ” genocide”, as any of the acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such as Killing members of the group, Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; and that it occurs when crimes are committed within the framework of a wide attack guided against any group of civilian citizens, to be considered a crime requiring punishements according to the international law.
However, regime forces and its Russian ally in addition to international coalition warplanes continue to commit horrifying massacres against the Syrian people since the launch of The Syrian Revolution in 2011 and so far under the pretext of fighting terrorism and terroristic groups without avoiding civilians.
