Documentation Office in Syrian Press Center (SPC), has documented in last September 72 massacres in opposition factions-held areas with a death toll of 705 martyrs, most of them took place in the governorates of Deir Ezzor and Idlib, in the wake of bombardment by regime forces, its Russian ally, which launched a campaign on the governorate of Idlib and Hama countryside on 19th September, and the air force of the International Coalition which is launching a campaign to fight ISIS in the provinces of Raqqa and Deir Ezzor.
* – The massacres according to perpetrator, are classified as follows:
– Warplanes of the Russian air force through intense airstrikes committed 31 massacres with a death toll of 294 martyrs in the wake of fierce campaign that has launched on 19/ September on the countrysides of Idlib and Hama.
– The military fighters of the International Coalition, which is launching a campaign to fight ISIS, committed 20 massacres with a death toll of 235 martyrs, particularly in the governorate of Deir Ezzor.
– Regime forces through their military operations, artillery shelling and airstrikes committed 19 massacres with a death toll of 166 martyrs.
– ISIS through artillery offensive committed 2 massacres with a death toll of 10 martyrs.
*- The massacres according to governorate, are classified as follows:
– 35 massacres took place in Deir Ezzor province, including:
▪ 16 massacres were committed by the Russian air force, with a death toll of 141 martyrs.
▪ 9 massacres were committed by the fighting jets of regime forces, with a death toll of 67 martyrs.
▪ 8 massacres were committed by the fighting jets of the International Coalition, with a death toll of 87 martyrs.
▪ 2 massacres were committed by ISIS, with a death toll of 10 martyrs.
– 14 massacres were committed in the governorate of Idlib, including:
▪ 11 massacres were committed by the Russian air force with a death toll of 121 martyrs.
▪ 3 massacres were committed by regime forces with a death toll of 41 martyrs.
– 3 massacres were committed by the province of Hama, including:
▪ 2 massacres were committed by the Russian air force with a death toll of 21 martyrs.
▪ 1 massacre was committed by regime forces with a death toll of 18 martyrs.
– 10 massacres were committed in the provice the of Raqqa, by the military fighters of International Coalition, with a death toll of 138 martyrs.
– 4 massacres were committed in Damascus countryside by regime forces with a death toll of 29 martyrs.
– 2 massacres took place in the province of Aleppo, committed by the Russian air force, with death a toll of 11 martyrs.
– 2 massacres took place in Hasaka, committed by the military fighters of International Coalition, with death a toll of 10 martyrs.
– 2 massacres took place in the province of Homs, committed by the regime air force, with death a toll of 11 martyrs.
