دعت المنظمة العربية للهلال الأحمر والصليب الأحمر صباح اليوم المجتمع الدولي إلى حث إسرائيل على وقف قصف غزة، وفتح الممرات للسماح بوصول الإغاثة العاجلة إلى الشعب الفلسطيني المحاصر.
وفي اجتماع يوم الأربعاء، أدانت ARCO ما اعتبرته العدوان الإسرائيلي المستمر على غزة، وقالت إن تل أبيب تجاهلت القوانين الإنسانية الدولية ودعت الهيئة في بيان صادر لها المجتمع الدولي لتحمل مسؤولياته لوقف القصف الإسرائيلي المستمر على قطاع غزة وتقديم الإغاثة العاجلة للسكان وفتح المعابر لدخول المساعدات الإنسانية.
ناشدت في اجتماعها بتقديم الإغاثة العاجلة للسكان, وفتح المعابر لدخول المساعدات الإنسانية, وتأمين الممرات لوصول المساعدات الإغاثية, وطواقم الإغاثة إلى داخل أحياء قطاع غزة، معبرةً عن مساندتها الشاملة لجمعية الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني؛ لتعزيز خدماتها الإنسانية داخل القطاع والأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.
