Five members of the “Tal abyad” battalion of the Syrian Democratic Forces were killed in the north-western countryside of Riqa by an attack by members of ISIS on their positions in the village of Jab Shair.
The agency”Amaq” on Saturday,said that elements of ISIS killed five elements of the Syrian Democratic forces and wounded 4 others and captured two elements in the village of Jib Shaer in the north-western countryside of Riqa, west of Tel-Saman, on Friday, by an attack to its forces carried out on the positions of the Syrian democratic forces in the village.
The Syrian Democratic Forces announced last Thursday the start of the fourth stage of the battle of the “Euphrates Anger” to complete the siege on the city of Raqqa and control of the rest of Raqa countryside, the main center of ISIS in Syria.
