ألقت قوات الحدود التركية اليوم السبت، القبض على 16 شخص كانوا قد حاولوا العبور من سوريا إلى اليونان.
وقال وزارة الدفاع التركية، عبر تغريدة على حسابها في تويتر، إنّ قواتها الحدودية اعتقلت 16 شخصًا حاولوا العبور بشكل غير قانوني من سوريا إلى اليونان.
وأضافت أنّ 6 أشخاص من المعتقلين أعضاء في منظمة غولن الإرهابية، وأحدهم ينتمي لتنظيم الدولة “داعش” وآخر لحزب العمال الكردستاني “PKK”.
وفي ذات السياق، منعت اليونان منذ بداية عام 2022، ما يقارب 40 ألف مهاجر غير قانوني من الدخول عبر حدودها مع تركيا، من خلال نهر إيفروس الحدودي في شمال شرقي البلاد.

وكانت اليونان قد أقامت جداراً بطول 40 كيلو متراً على حدودها مع تركيا، بهدف منع دخول المهاجريين غير الشرعيين.
وتعلن السلطات التركية بشكل دائم عن عمليات إيقاف للاجئين السوريين وضبطت السلطات أكثر من 122 ألفًا منذ عام 2020.
