أشادت مديرة نائبة المكتب الإقليمي للشرق الأوسط في منظمة العفو الدولية آية مجذوب بتوجيه قرارا اتهاميا بحق خمسة أفراد من أمن الدولة اللبناني، بتهم تعذيب اللاجئ السوري بشار عبد السعود.
نشرت منظمة العفو الدولية عبر تويتر اليوم بأنّ قاضية التحقيق العسكري نجاة أبو شقرا وجهت قرارا اتهاميا بحق خمسة أفراد من أمن الدولة اللبناني، بتهم تعذيب اللاجئ السوري بشار عبد السعود الذي توفي في الحجز.
وأضاف المصدر بأنّ مجذوب قالت إن اتخاذ لبنان خطوة نحو تنفيذ قانون مناهضة التعذيب أخيرا هو تطور مشجع، يمنح بصيص أمل لعائلة بشار عبد السعود وغيره من الضحايا والانتهاكات التي ترتكب في المعتقلات.
فيما صدر قرار اتهامي من القضاء بحق عناصر من المديرية العامة لأمن الدولة، أحد أجهزة الأمن اللبنانية بتعذيب بشار عبد السعود بعد اعتقاله 30 آب-أغسطس العام الجاري ما أدّى لوفاته.
وتداول ناشطون مقطع فيديو تم تصويره خلال الكشف الطبي على جثة الشاب بشار عبد السعود، بعد وفاته، آثار التعذيب والتنكيل التي مارسها ضابط أمن الدولة وعناصره بحق بشار قبل أن يفارق الحياة.
وكان جهاز أمن الدولة ألقى القبض على بشار عبد السعود ضمن حملة توقيفات بحق أعضاء في خلية تابعة لتنظيم الدولة “داعش” في الأراضي اللبنانية، وفق الرواية التي قدمها الجهاز الأمني في الـ29 من أغسطس، كما نشرت صوت بيروت تعقيباً على الحادثة.
