وسارعت دول عربية عدة إلى التضامن مع كل من تركيا وسوريا، وقدّمت وزارة الخارجية بالمملكة العربية السعودية «التعازي والمواساة للأشقاء في سوريا وتركيا، وتمنياتها بالشفاء العاجل للمصابين». وأوضحت، في بيان، أنها «تتابع عن كثب مجريات الأحداث المؤسفة في كل من تركيا وسوريا».
بدورها قدمت مصر، في بيان لوزارة الخارجية، «تعازيها وتضامنها مع كل من تركيا وسوريا في ضحايا الزلزال الذي أصابهما، إلى جانب عدد من دول منطقة الشرق الأوسط». وأعربت، عبر صفحتها على فيسبوك، عن تمنياتها بالشفاء العاجل للمصابين، مؤكدة «استعدادها لتقديم المساعدة لمواجهة آثار تلك الكارثة المروّعة».
كما أعربت سلطنة عمان، في بيان للخارجية، عن «تضامنها مع تركيا وسوريا، وتعازيها لأُسر ضحايا الزلزال وتمنياتها بالشفاء العاجل للمصابين».
وأجرى الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير قطر، اتصالاً بالرئيس التركي رجب طيب إردوغان، أعرب خلاله عن «تعازيه ومواساته له وللشعب التركي»، وفق بيان للديوان الأميري القطري.
وفي فلسطين، تقدمت وزارة الخارجية، عبر بيان، بالتعازي لتركيا وسوريا في ضحايا الزلزال، مؤكدة «وقوفها الدائم إلى جانب البلدين الشقيقين، وثقتها بقدرتهما على مواجهة آثاره».
وغرَّد نجيرفان بارزاني، رئيس إقليم شمال العراق، على حسابه الشخصي بموقع تويتر، بالتعازي في ضحايا الزلزال، متمنياً الشفاء العاجل للجرحى.
من جانبه، توجّه عبد الحميد الدبيبة، رئيس حكومة «الوحدة» الليبية المؤقتة، عبر تويتر، بالعزاء لـ«الأشقاء في تركيا وسوريا ولبنان في ضحايا الزلزال الأليم»، مؤكداً «تضامن بلاده التام في هذا المُصاب الجلل».
وعلى المستوى الدولي توالت ردود الفعل الداعمة للبلدين، وحازت تركيا الشطر الأكبر من رسائل المساندة الدولية، إذ أعرب جيك سوليفان، مستشار الأمن القومي الأميركي، أن بلاده مستعدّة لتقديم «كل المساعدة اللازمة لتركيا بشأن الزلزال»، لافتاً إلى صدور توجيه من الرئيس جو بايدن في هذا الصدد.
وأعلن الاتحاد الأوروبي استعداده لتقديم المساعدات اللازمة لسوريا وتركيا، عقب الزلزال المدمر الذي ضرب تركيا، فجر اليوم، وأودى بحياة المئات.
وأكد الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، لنظيريه التركي رجب طيب إردوغان، والسوري بشار الأسد، استعداد روسيا للمساعدة في مواجهة تداعياته. وقال الكرملين، وفق موقع قناة «روسيا اليوم»، إن الرئيس الروسي أعرب، في برقية، عن تعازيه إلى نظيره السوري، مؤكداً استعداد روسيا لتقديم المساعدة لمواجهة تداعيات الكارثة، التي تسببت في مقتل وإصابة المئات، بالإضافة إلى خسائر مادية كبيرة.
وأفادت وزارة الطوارئ الروسية، في بيان، بأنها أعدّت طائرتين من طراز Ilyushin Il-76، محمّلة برجال الإنقاذ؛ لإرسالهم إلى تركيا، لمدّ يد العون للأتراك في مكافحة تبِعات الزلزال.
وقال وزير الطوارئ الروسي ألكسندر كورينكوف: «إن وزارة الطوارئ الروسية مستعدّة دائماً لمدّ يد العون للدول الصديقة في المِحن»، لافتاً إلى إصداره أمراً لـ100 منقذ متخصص من فرقة الإنقاذ الجوي، التابعة لوزارة الطوارئ، بالاستعداد للمشاركة في المساعدة وعمليات الإنقاذ.
وفي كييف، لم يتأخر الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي عن تأكيد استعداد بلاده لتقديم المساعدة لتركيا، وقال، في تغريدة له على موقع تويتر: «نتعاطف مع أُسر الضحايا ونتمنى الشفاء العاجل للمصابين… في هذا الوقت نحن إلى جانب الشعب التركي الودود، ومستعدّون لتقديم المساعدة اللازمة».
كما صرّح أنطونيو تاجاني، نائب رئيس الوزراء، وزير الخارجية الإيطالي، بأن إيطاليا سترسل طواقم إنقاذ متخصصة إلى تركيا؛ للمساعدة في مكافحة آثار الزلزال المدمِّر. وأعرب تاجاني عن دعمه للشعب السوري «الذي تعرَّض لضربة قوية أخرى» بعد سنوات طويلة من الحرب.
وفي باكستان أعرب شهباز شريف، رئيس الوزراء، في تغريدة عبر تويتر، عن «حزنه العميق» جراء تلقّيه خبر الزلزال جنوب شرقي تركيا، مقدماً التعازي للرئيس رجب طيب إردوغان وللشعب التركي.
بدوره أعلن وزير الخارجية السويدي توبياس بيلستروم، عبر تويتر، أن الاتحاد الأوروبي، الذي تترأسه ستوكهولم في 2023، «سيمدّ يد العون لتركيا وسوريا لتنسيق جهود مساعدة البلدين بعد الزلزال»، معبراً عن أسفه الشديد تجاه آثاره «المروّعة».
ووفق بيان للرئاسة الأذربيجانية، بعث الرئيس إلهام علييف رسالة تعزية إلى نظيره التركي رجب طيب إردوغان في ضحايا الزلزال، مؤكداً استعداد بلاده لـ«تقديم كل أنواع المساعدة في هذا الوقت العصيب».
وأعلنت وزارة الطوارئ الأذربيجانية، في بيان، إرسال فريق بحث وإنقاذ مكون من 370 عنصراً إلى تركيا ومساعدات إنسانية وطبية؛ للمساهمة في مواجهة آثار الزلزال، بناء على تعليمات الرئيس إلهام علييف.
وفي السياق نفسه، أعرب الرئيس الكازاخستاني قاسم جومارت عن «تعازيه الحارّة» للرئيس التركي رجب طيب إردوغان، في ضحايا الزلزال، وأعلن «استعداد أستانا لتقديم المساعدة اللازمة لتركيا؛ لتخطّي تبِعات الزلزال المدمر».
ولم يقتصر الأمر على المواقف الرسمية للدول والحكومات، بل امتد كذلك إلى شخصيات غير رسمية، إذ أعلن إيلون ماسك، مالك شركة «سبيس إكس» الأميركية، استعداده لإرسال أنظمة اتصالات «ستارلينك» عبر الأقمار الصناعية إلى تركيا لتقديم المساعدة بعد الزلزال.
جاء ذلك في رد الملياردير الأميركي، عبر حسابه على موقع تويتر، على سؤال لأحد المستخدمين عما إذا كان بإمكانه المساعدة بأقمار «ستارلينك» الصناعية وسط انقطاع التيار الكهربائي في تركيا.
