حذرت مديرية الصحة في إدلب التابعة لحكومة الإنقاذ اليوم من توقف عدد من المرافق الطبية في شمال غرب سوريا بحال عدم تجديد آلية إدخال المساعدات عبر الحدود.
وقالت المديرية عبر موقعها فيسبوك أن 41 منشأة صحية سيتأثر عملها في حال عدم تجديد قرار إدخال المساعدات عبر الحدود، منها 17 مستشفى و 17 مركزا صحيا، وثلاث مراكز غسيل كلى وثلاث مراكز علاج مرضى تلاسيميا ومركز مكافحة سل.
أضافت المديرية أن تلك المراكز تقدم أكثر من مليون خدمة طبية شهرياً بشكل مجاني للمدنيين، وإلى جانبها سوف يتوقف برنامج اللقاح الروتيني للأطفال وحملة التطعيم بلقاح كورونا، وفي حال توقفه فقد يتفشى الوباء مرة أخرى في المنطقة.
وطالبت المديرية بإبعاد الملف الإنساني عن المساومات السياسية وعدم السماح لأي طرف باستخدام المساعدات الإنسانية كأداة للابتزاز السياسي بالإضافة لتجديد الآلية وتوسيع نطاق البرامج الإنسانية في ظل غياب أي حل قريب.
في سياق متصل، طالبت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود مجلس الأمن بتجديد القرار 2642 للسماح باستمرار تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية إلى شمال غرب سوريا لمدة سنة على الأقل.
وحذرت المنظمة من أن الفشل في تجديد القرار سيؤدي لوفيات يمكن الوقاية منها، ويجعل فرص الملايين من الأشخاص أقل بكثير للحصول على الغذاء والماء والرعاية الصحية.
