بحث وزير النقل السوري يعرب بدر مع وفد من اتحاد شركات الشحن التركي (UND)، خلال اجتماع عُقد في مقر الوزارة بدمشق، سبل تطوير التعاون في قطاع النقل البري بين سوريا وتركيا وخاصة بما يتعلق بتسهيل حركة عبور الشاحنات عبر المعابر الحدودية
وشدد الوزير بدر على ضرورة وضع آلية عملية تضمن انسياب حركة النقل بين البلدين، من خلال تبسيط الإجراءات الجمركية، بما يسرّع عمليات الشحن ويعزز المصالح المشتركة، مشيرًا إلى أهمية هذا التعاون في دعم التبادل التجاري وتوسيع مجالات الشراكة الاقتصادية
من جانبهم، أوضح ممثلو الاتحاد التركي أن ما يقارب 400 شاحنة تركية تفرغ حمولتها يومياً عند معبر باب الهوى، ليتم نقل البضائع لاحقًا بواسطة شاحنات سورية داخل الأراضي السورية، مؤكدين ضرورة التوصل إلى اتفاق يسمح بدخول الشاحنات بشكل مباشر بين الجانبين، الأمر الذي سيوفر الوقت والتكاليف ويزيد من كفاءة عمليات النقل
واتفق الطرفان على أهمية استمرار الحوار لتعزيز التعاون اللوجيستي ورفع كفاءة التبادل التجاري، باعتبار أن حركة النقل البري عبر باب الهوى تمثل شريانًا حيويًا للتجارة بين البلدين، وأن المباحثات الجارية تمهّد لوضع خطوات عملية تساهم في تيسير حركة البضائع ودعم العلاقات الاقتصادية بين سوريا وتركيا
