نشرت صحيفة الغارديان البريطانية اليوم الجمعة تقريراً تحدثت من خلاله على العلاقات المشتركة بين روسيا وإيران التي تطورت خلال الحرب على سوريا ومؤخراً أوكرانيا.
وقالت الصحيفة أن طائرة روسية وصلت إلى إيران في أغسطس الماضي تحمل 140 مليون يورو وغنيمة من الأسلحة الغربية مقابل تبادل طائرات إيرانية بدون طيار كانت مرحلة جديدة في تحالف استمر سبع سنوات بين رفيقين غير متوقعين.
أضاف المصدر أن تلك الشحنة كانت أولى المساهمات الإيرانية في الهجوم الروسي على أوكرانيا، إلا أن العلاقة بين البلدين بدأت في الشرق الأوسط عندما سافر “قاسم سليماني” إلى روسيا للقاء بوتين وأوضح له معاناة “بشار الأسد” وكانت تلك الزيارة تمهيداً لتدخل روسيا في سوريا عام 2015.
وبينما كانت سوريا بداية التعاون بين البلدين أصبحت أوكرانيا ساحة معركة لتوطيد ذلك التعاون، وبحسب المصدر كانت الرغبات المشتركة بين إيران وروسيا سبباً في شراكتهم الطبيعية.
نقل المصدر عن “تشارلز ليستر” مدير برنامج سوريا في معهد الشرق الأوسط قوله إن تلك العلاقة بدأت في سوريا وتبلورت في أوكرانيا، إلا أن المعركة في سوريا خاضتها إيران وأنقذتها روسيا، في حين العكس في أوكرانيا حيث تدخلت إيران لإنقاذ روسيا.
في سياق متصل، نقل المصدر عن قناة “سكاي نيوز” توقعها تسلم روسيا المزيد من طائرات إيرانية بدون طيار وتعمق العلاقات بين البلدين، في حين استخدمت روسيا الطائرات التي تسلمتها من إيران لتدمير المدن الأوكرانية وكانت هجماتها على أهداف مدنية.
وفي سوريا كانت الهجمات الروسية على مدار السنوات السبع الماضية تستهدف مناطق مدنية استهدفت مستشفيات ومدارس ومخابز، في حين ساعدت طائرة مسيرة روسية الأسبوع الفائت صواريخ سورية على استهداف مخيم للنازحين شمال غرب البلاد ما أسفر عن مقتل 9 مدنيين وإصابة 75 آخرين.
أضاف المصدر أن روسيا ركزت في حملتها على شمال غرب سوريا، إلا أن إيران أقامت مناطق نفوذ في كل البلاد وتقاسمت القيادة مع قوات النظام، وأكدت أن لكلا البلدين وجهات نظر مختلفة ويضعان في الوقت الحالي رؤى حول النهايات جانباً.
