أدت الخلافات المالية بين مديرية صحة ريف دمشق والسورية للتجارة والتي نتجت عن تراكم لمبلغ نحو 1.2 مليار ليرة لمصلحة السورية للتجارة إلى شح في الخدمات المقدمة للأطباء في المشافي ما تسبب بنقص الأطباء .
نشرت جريدة تشرين الناشطة في مناطق النظام اليوم أنّ عدم تسديد ديون مديرية الصحة أدى لعدم تسلمها للبضائع الخاصة ما تسبب بنقص الطعام للأطباء لدرجة الشح.
وتابع المصدر إن المسؤول لفت إلى أن شح تقديم وجبات الإطعام للأطباء أثر بشكل سلبي وكبير في الأطباء الموظفين في المشافي وأصبحت عبئًا في حال قرر الطبيب شرائها من الخارج.
وأضاف مسؤول أنّ هذه الأزمة تسببت بنقص الكوادر وخاصة الاختصاصات الأساسية ما انعكس سلبًا على المدنيين وفق المصدر ذاته.
يتفاقم واقع القطاع الصحي في مناطق النظام بسبب الآلة الهمجية التي استخدمها النظام في السيطرة على المناطق التي كانت خارجة عن سيطرته ما تسبب بدمار البنى التحتية.
كما ينعدم توفير الأدوية والمواد الطبية في عدد من المشافي ما نجم عنه توقف معظمها عن العمل والتأثير السلبي على المرضى الفقراء.
