قال مدير دوائر الخدمات العامة بمحافظة دمشق بشار عبيدة أنّ حملة إزالة كافة الإشغالات على الأملاك العامة كالزفت والرصيف والحدائق العامة اتخذ قرار بإزالتها ومن ضمنها البسطات رغم أنّها مصدر رزق الفقراء.
نشر موقع Q- BUSNISS الناشط في مناطق سيطرة النظام مساء الأمس مقطعًا مرئيًّا تحدّث فيه بشار عبيدة عن عزم حكومة النظام ما زعم أنّه في خدمة المواطن من خلال قمع حالة الإشغالات وذلك “لتحرير الرصيف”.
أكدّ عبيدة أنّ الحملة مستمرة وباقية في مركز المدينة مثل البرامكة جسر الثورة وجسر الرئيس و وسوق الحريقة التي تشهد انتشارًا للأكشاك والبسطات وتعد مصدر رزق وحيد لمئات العائلات .
أقرّ عبيدة أنّ البسطة مصدر رزق للفقير ولكنه يشغل حيّزًا من الأملاك العامة بشكل مخالف وأنّ المحافظة ستوفر ساحات محددة ممكن زيادتها خلال فترة زمنية –سكت المصدر عن تحديدها-.
وأشار عبيدة إلى أنّ الحملة ستشمل حتى الأكشاك المرخصة في زعمه لإعادة ما أسماه “فترة البريق” إلى العاصمة وفق المصدر.
أثار هذا القرار استياء الناشطين رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الذين علّقوا مستنكرين ذلك حيث كتب حساب باسم أبو عمر: “هلاء اجيتو تشيلو البسطات فوق ماناس ذابحها الفقر اتركو ناس بحالها خليها تعيش من قلة الموت” وكتب حساب آخر باسم MALAZ SY : “قرار جائر وبغير محلو المحافظ مانو مفكر قبل ما يطلع القرار” .
وبحسب جريدة الوطن الرسمية سابقًا فإن المحافظة حذرت أصحاب البسطات والأكشاك على الأرصفة والطرقات بإزالتها بحجة أنها غير نظامية الأمر الذي نفاه ناشطون.
